The sliding mat set consists of 3 individual sliding mats in three degrees of hardness: hard, medium, and soft. They can be leashed together with Velcro flaps. They have a highly damping effect, which provides gymnasts with optimum protection when landing on their back or feet. All mats have a cover with elastic surface. The bottom side is equipped with an easy slide tarpaulin fabric.
