The vaulting table block ST 1 is training apparatus for vaulting table. The block consists of three parts: one training body and two supplementary blocks. Through the modular design, the height is adjustable to three heights (1.5, 1.25 and 1.35m). The ST 1 can be connected to the run up mat easily by the attached Velcro system.
